Reasons for surface defects in injection moulds

Production of injection molded products, are required to use the injection mold processing moulds, generally under normal circumstances, through this injection molding method of production of plastic products, the surface has a better gloss as well as colour, but there are times when some shortcomings will inevitably occur, in addition to the material of the plastic itself, the problem of the coloring agent as well as the surface of the mould, in addition to the gloss, injection molding processing will also be what reasons will cause such an impact?
(1) Poor mould finish, cavity surface rust, etc., mould exhaust is not good.
(2) Problems with the mould's pouring system, should increase the cold material well, increase the runner, polishing the main flow channel, manifold and gate.
(3) Material temperature and mould temperature is low, if necessary, the gate can be used to local heating methods.
(4) Injection processing pressure is too low, too slow, injection time is not enough, back pressure is not enough, resulting in poor compactness and make the surface dark.
(5) Plastic should be fully plasticised, but to prevent material degradation, heat should be stable, cooling should be sufficient, especially thick-walled.
(6) Prevent cold material from entering the parts, if necessary, switch to self-locking springs or reduce the nozzle temperature.
(7) The use of too much recycled material, poor quality of plastic or colouring agent, mixed with water vapour or other impurities, the use of poor quality lubricants.
(8) The clamping force should be sufficient.
