- Prepare DFM

- Check the water connection method and all kinds of condition setting
Take charge of the project needs to be one by one on the water connection (follow the DFM one in one out), mould temperature setting, material tube temperature setting, injection conditions check, there is a failure to comply with the items need to be corrected immediately, such as can not be corrected immediately, need to be recorded in the trial mould conditions table, so that when the review of the problem will be put forward to improve.
- Product injection 90-95% full

- Confirm the size and appearance
When the product appearance is adjusted to an acceptable state, take 2 moulds of product, soak for 2-5 minutes, measure the size, take the product size as a benchmark, in the absence of assembly requirements, adjust the size to the limit in the drawing, followed by the structure and appearance of the adjustment of fine-tuning of the injection parameters to the appearance of the structure of the good conditions (confirm shrinkage, burrs, lack of material, bonding line and other defects) to play the number of samples required, and the conditions will be recorded with the moulding condition table for the next use. We will record the conditions and moulding conditions in the table for next time use, and if we can't overcome the defects, we need to keep the samples for the record, so that we can review and improve the measures.
- Confirmation of mould temperature and water pipe inlet and outlet temperature
Before injection and after injection 10 moulds, 30 moulds stable at least three times need to measure the temperature of each water pipe inlet and outlet, each inlet and outlet water temperature temperature difference should not be more than 3 degrees, if there is a difference need to immediately check the water flow and whether it is connected to the wrong.
Another need to measure the mould surface temperature, according to the size and shape of the product, large products need to measure the temperature of at least 5 points, there is a large temperature difference needs to be confirmed, when the mould temperature is stable, need to be recorded in the mould surface temperature (take the average), the mould surface temperature needs to be in the physical properties of the table recommended range, if it is not possible to meet the requirements of the allowable circumstances can try to change.
- Confirmation of mould closing
If there is any burr after the product is punched out, you need to call the clampers to the scene immediately, spray reddish Dan on the machine, and put the big clamping pressure at low speed and low pressure about 30BAR to close the mould to confirm the tightness of the mould.
- DOE analysis, to find the right conditions
If we can't reach the satisfactory size or deformation degree of the product under many times of moulding and machine adjustment, engineering and machine adjustment technician will discuss, and the engineering will list the DOE analysis form, and adjust the combination of the parameters that can affect the product's problem point, according to the plan, test one by one and make a good record of the condition of each changing condition and the sample record, and CPK analysis, and select the better condition after testing and evaluation. After completion, after testing and evaluation, select the better conditions for next time's reference.
- Early detection and early solution
If there are deformation or dimension problems during the soft moulding stage, we need to try to solve them during the soft moulding stage, otherwise the purpose of opening the mould will be lost.
- Mould change procedure
When the mould needs to be changed, we need to notify the customer, we cannot modify the mould privately. Any change should be approved by the customer.
