1. The surface of the product is not allowed to defects: lack of material, burnt, top white, white line, phi peaks, blistering, pulling white (or pulling crack, pull off), baking marks, wrinkles.
2. Fusion marks: general round perforated fusion mark length of not more than 5mm, shaped perforated fusion mark length of less than 15mm, fusion mark strength and can pass the functional safety test.
3. Shrinkage: Appearance of the surface of the obvious places are not allowed to shrink, not obvious places are allowed to have a slight shrinkage (feel less than the dent).
4. Shape: general small product plane unevenness is less than 0.3mm, there are assembly requirements need to ensure that the assembly requirements.
5. Appearance of the obvious place can not have gas lines, material flowers, products generally can not have air bubbles.
6. product geometry, size and precision should be in line with the formal effective mold drawing (or 3D file) requirements, product tolerance according to the principle of tolerance, shaft size tolerance for the negative tolerance, hole size tolerance for the positive tolerance, the customer has a requirement according to the requirements.
7. product wall thickness: product wall thickness is generally required to achieve the average wall thickness, non-average wall thickness should be in line with the requirements of the drawings, tolerance according to the characteristics of the mold should be -0.1mm.
8. product fit: face shell bottom shell with: surface misalignment less than 0.1mm, there can be no scraping phenomenon, with the requirements of the hole, shaft, face to ensure that the fit interval and use requirements.
