(4) Roughness of sprue wall or cavity surface.

(5) The nozzle and the mould inlet coincide with the non-servicing or the nozzle diameter is larger than the diameter of the inlet.

3、Technical aspects

(1) The barrel temperature is too high or the injection volume is too much.

(2) The injection pressure is too high or the holding pressure and cooling time is long.

4, raw material aspects: insufficient lubricant.
